Hand-written WebGPU kernels for the operation that dominates every model in the voice agent: multiplying by a weight matrix. Each kernel is checked against a plain-JavaScript reference and timed. No ML libraries. Needs WebGPU (recent Chrome or Edge); takes about a minute.
